We decided to upgrade and add new items to our existing menu. How about trying this cheesy (yummy) all beef burger with our popular home made potato chips on the side? All for Php 150.
Or try any of our rice meals at Php 150 only?

A sample from our regular menu offering. Eggplant lasagna and oven baked spicy chicken wings. We like to create our own sauces, just to be sure we know what's inside. Don't you agree? And if you're still hungry, after devouring the lasagna, why not try this beef salpicao? Cubes of beef sirloin sauteed just right in rich oyster sauce, added with a dash of worcestershire sauce. A few bits of toasted garlic and button mushrooms here and there. Do I hear somebody ordering extra rice? Just to give you and idea of the food that we served at the Bar1951. As much as possible, we get our supplies such as vegetables and meat from the local market (San Andres Market in Malate). Everything is made from scratch. For instance, the tomato sauce is made from our kitchen using fresh local tomatoes (that is why the color varies depending on the supply) which is stewed for hours. We used our own oven baked dried local jalapeno chili to spice things up a notch. |
